   Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect tocost, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects  Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of the project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output  Estimation of all required resources (Equipment, Manpower and Material) as per thescope of work.  Preparing Delay Report on weekly basis using As Planned vs AsBuilt method & maintaindelay log.  Reporting (S-curves, Critical activities and delayed activities)and examining the effect of  progress against the baseline schedule as per Earned Value Technique. Generation of  lookahead plans and ensuring effective and accurate reporting as per applicablestandards.  Coordinating with engineering, procurement & construction teams for smooth & timelycompletion of projects.  Loading/ updating the Actual in Primavera in order to monitor progress.  Responsible of materials follow-up for continuous supply and smooth fabrication as wellas erection.  Preparation of Project Daily/weekly & monthly progress reports for client submission.  Attending weekly meetings with the Project Manager and Team to discuss and resolvethe issues.  Intimating the Project team/ Client regarding pending documents.  Preparation and Approval of Close-out Report.  Preparation of Revised & Recovery Schedule.  Claiming EXTENSION OF TIME REQUEST.  Monitoring the projects to be completed within budgeted constraints.  Use of Earned Value Method for calculation of progress.  Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.  Preparation Revised & Recovery Schedules maintaining Logs.  Preparation of Look Ahead Program based on baseline program and physical conditionof the site.  Review/Track all the CIVIL & MEP activities on-site daily.
