Aerospace Tooling Project :Manufacturing , assembly and Inspection of aerospace tools (jigs and fixtures) for CH47 Chinook Aircraft of Boeing as per Boeing aerospace standards. Project work comprised of 1) Understanding of the Aerospace standards and its application. 2) Assisting in the assembly and inspection operations on the shop floor. 3) Hands on experience in using SAP for material tracking and other operation purposes. 4) Weekly reporting the status of the project to the management and to the customer Representative. 5) Assisting in the managerial operations right from material sourcing to dispatch of jigs and fixtures.
