  As a Growth and Expansion Rep my role as a "Growth Rep" is to make sure cities under me are constantly growing and functioning smoothly and not facing any issues and in case they face any issues it is my responsibility to help them with my experience of different cities to overcome their issues. "Expansion Rep" lookover new cities where "Robin Hood Army" is functional and now volunteers of that cities wants to start "Academy" an initiative of "Robin hood Army" this is where Expansion Rep comes into the picture to help that city volunteers to explain all the know-how of the process so that the city can launch "Academy".
