At this internship I worked as an Research Associate and did tribological evaluation of vegetable based hybrid nano lubricant. Nano lubrication involves the dispersion of nano particles in lubricating oil. Tribological studies on nanoparticles have proved that lubricants with different nanoparticles as additives are effective in reducing friction and wear in tribosystems. The tribological properties of Nanoparticles have been found out along with their performance in lubricants at different concentrations. And also the optimum concentration at which the nanoparticles performed the best. Show less
