I worked to establish the business school's brand as an outstanding leader amongst its competitors. I gradually built the design department up from humble beginnings to a fully staffed working studio environment embedded in the central marketing team: directing photography shoots; overseeing the development of the design strategy and management; and collaborating regularly with the digital, marketing and social media managers.

My responsibilities ranged from the design and production of printed and digital materials for a host of magazines, corporate publications and other printed materials. I was also engaged in the management and administration of the several websites that accompanied the magazines and journals that we produced. I managed the SEO for each site and, working with website developers, I developed web design solutions to maximise each site's aesthetic appeal, and to ensure that the respective CMS platforms were working efficiently.
