Ajit joined Scully Companies as a Financial Analyst and was subsequently promoted to a Senior Financial Analyst. Scully Companies consists of two distinctly separate operating companies. He supported one of the companies, (Scully Transportation Services, Inc.) the largest independently owned full-service truck leasing company in the Western United States. His role was to provide financial analyses, budget, forecast, and provide daily reports and dashboard for to help manage better. Ajit is a very enthusiastic individual and his enthusiasm and eagerness to get a job done, are infectious. He is very intelligent and understood very quickly the pulse of the business. This knowledge helped him support the Vice President of Operations directly, with very little supervision. He developed a very detailed excel model to complete business plans. This model budgets the revenue and costs by each individual truck. Such detailed budgets helped the management to understand quickly where the weaknesses were in operations.
