Having experience of attending U stamp audits. .Prepare a Detail drawing and Bill of materials for individual work orders. . Knowledge in welding as per ASME SEC VIII-8 sub sectionB. .Bill of materials preparation and coordinating with Procurement team for purchase plates, pipes, flanges as per customer TDC. .Design clarification from the Site, production and contract team for the job queries and commissioning spares. .Prepare spare list as per customer norms, .Experience in Estimation process equipment like pressure vessels, strainers. .Suggesting good ideas to improve the quality requirement in fabrication.
