Generator, Hot Water Boilers, Clarifiers, Guest Rooms, Laundry, Kitchen, Jacuzzis, Steam rooms, Fire Alarm and Protection Systems, 9 Elevators, Emergency battery system, AHU S, Cold rooms, UPS , BMS etc. ▪ Introduced a Standard Operating Procedure for the engineering department operations. ▪ Completed all pending snags rectifications of MEP works in coordination with Consultants, Contractors and Corporate office. ▪ Followed up with contractors, consultants to complete and take over pending engineering projects and certified successful commissioning. ▪ Implemented safety systems and procedures for hot, cold and cooling water according to Legionella Control Guide lines of Dubai Municipality. ▪ Installation related defects of engineering plants and systems were identified and arranged to upgrade as CAPEX projects in coordination with consultants, MEP Contractor and owners. ▪ Organized and carried out the 1 st Annual Evacuation Fire Drill of the hotel with the involvement of Civil Defense, Fire Brigade, Police and Ambulance ▪ Up keeping Fire and life Safety Systems by completing pending rectification works, staff training, revising the fire safety emergency procedure as the Fire Director of Hotels Emergency Response Team. ▪ Liaising with the corporate office , service providers and finalization of new AMC s. ▪ Reviewed and implemented operating systems as per Dubai Municipality,Civil Defense Health and Safety guide lines.
