I had the opportunity to interact with Ajinkya during our Masters coursework, where we both took couple of classes together and while representing the Indian Graduate Students Association at the University of Michigan Dearborn. Anyone who has worked with Ajinkya would have witnessed his ability to completely analyze a situation in all possible aspects and his calm , composed and methodical approach in solving any problem or issue at hand. His thorough understanding of engineering basics and his willingness to learn any new subjects or areas of technologies makes him an asset for any team to have. He is a versatile engineer and a great team player too. His high ethical values and keen business acumen speaks volumes of his leadership abilities. I wish Ajinkya a greatly successful career ahead.

I had the pleasure of working with Ajinkya on several group projects in a graduate-level business statistics course at the University of Michigan. He was a very strong all-around team member, and I was especially impressed with his technical and analytical skills. He effortlessly mastered a complex statistical software package and expertly applied it to the cases we were studying. Having observed Ajinkya in a previous class, I can also say that he has excellent presentation skills. I would definitely welcome the opportunity to work with him again in the future.
