  • As per the mapping specifications provided by the customer, the maps were developed on respective platforms. • Created different kinds of maps like doc extract, pre-processor, and post-processor maps. Internal and external codelist as per requirements. • Lots of process check and quality are performed and these are unique to all the customers we serve. • Share a wide knowledge on EDI, X12, EDIFACT,XML, IDOC. • Being in support, the customers are kept satisfied through communication and updates. Also calls are taken with the client if the requirement is unclear just to save time rather than just mail communication where a day is lost. • Perform map change requests and creating new maps(in ANSI, EDIFACT, XML, IDOC) and testing after understanding the customer requirement thoroughly. • Preparing the Mapping Requirements Specification (MRS). • On-time deliverables are taken care and tracked effectively. • Many weekly and monthly status reports are sent to the customer account manager to demonstrate the progress being made on the new map/map change request work developments. • The weekly review meeting is in place to discuss the issues encountered during the past week and also to pass on any information regarding the map test behavior. • Troubleshooting and reporting the root cause analysis to the customers as per the SLA. • To research and troubleshoot if any maps are not successfully translated. • I have server clients with literally no knowledge in EDI. I have been their sole adviser of how should the data be sent and how should the data be received after checking their specs. Show less
