      Process: Aetna Insurance The work was based on APPROVAL and DENIAL of MediClaims of the members in the US. The medical cases are received as Emails with a fax attachment. The member names and DOB’s are forechecked for avoiding security bleach. We process both Approved and Denial cases in order to document it for further reference. Different Client software systems are used for the purpose. Documentation is done in a user-friendly way in which seeing the first sheet itself the rough sketch of the member and case could be identified. Cases are resent to nurses and doctors to check the medical genuinity of the information and details printed on attachments. I’ve also handled many other processes in Aetna such as Coventry, Medical Billing, NMI, Infertility, RCM, CCU, MPO, and so on. Each and every process is different from one another.
