Position Summary:The role of Project Manager is to project manage and ensure the smooth and successful installation of all vendor accounts.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:* Assist partners with order paperwork to ensure timely install of services for their clients* Fills out all paperwork for agents with necessary information* Processes orders in a timely manner for assigned partners* Assists in managing assigned partner relationships* Provides order status updates within order milestones* Assists assigned partners in escalating orders and resolving customer billing and credit issues when necessary* Ensures smooth administration of orders* Inputs orders into NetSuite system accurately and in a timely manner* Stays current on industry evolution and vendors* Attends vendor trainings* Collaborates with the Finance Department as needed to ensure timely and accurate partner payments* Fulfills set requirements and completes paperwork within 24-48 hours of the request receipt (time frame varies on size of the order)* Updates NetSuite with all orders submitted to ensure accurate commissions* Stores a copy of all signed order documents on the shared drive* Provides weekly order status the partner/customer* Submits all documents in a timely matter and works with a sense of urgency* Performs other related duties as assigned
