• Sustainability Information Strategy for EV Charge project – Developed an Information Strategy (Information inventory, governance model, business logic cascade) for the EV charge project to enable a robust collection of information from various sources like the vehicle, charging stations, utilities etc. and enable predictive analytics capabilities to provide foresight into the future of the electric vehicle market and expand services in that area. • Global Supplier Scale Optimization – Developed a strategy and Proof of Concept tool to capture similarity between vehicle parts and leverage economies of scale with suppliers with the goal of improving sourcing efficiency. Worked with Purchasing, Engineering and other business stakeholders within Ford to capture scale-related data with the goal of integrating this data in their core business processes. Demonstrated the scale tool to the C.I.O and other executives and used the same at a global workshop to help Purchasing teams achieve a significant cost savings per car in future car programs.• FTM cross- carline workshop Strategy team – Facilitated the Global Scale strategy portion of the workshop at Cologne.• Business Process Patent (pending) – Information Construct called the Product-Process Affinity Analysis Matrix, that bridges the language gap between Engineering and Purchasing divisions to enable grouping of similar vehicle parts together and improve economies of scale for part sourcing. • Innovation Challenge Shepherd – Coordinated teams and advised them on their sales pitch and future strategy for the Annual IT Innovation Challenge 2012 at Ford. Was involved in the judging process and made recommendations to the seed sponsor to advance teams to the prototyping phase.
