      Drift Allstars is the leading live action professional drifting brand that is currently growing fast on multiple levels. Drifting as a sport is the fastest growing motorsport out there today.       Ajay heads up the graphics and print side of the business whilst his brother Mark runs the post production and motion based side of what we do. Studio 18 is a home run Video Post-Production and Graphic design studio based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. We are innovative in our styles and ideas and like to see how we can push motion graphics, video and graphic design to something that stands out whilst incorporating brand awareness and originality.       At Snow n rock i am responsible for keeping up the standards of the department as well as exploiting opportunities to push sales and hit targets with special events and displays to promote relevant product. I am also very involved in the boot fitting and sales process making sure that the staff working in snowboards are offering the same level of expertise as i strive to offer myself. i am also highly proficient in ski and snowboard maintenance as well as a high level of repair.       A session musician with a wide and varied experience in both the live and recording field. Ajay is an adaptable yet distinctive drummer. Playing with / Supporting such acts as Reel big fish, Zebrahead on numerous occassions throughout the U.K. right through to spending a month in north eastern india playing with a U.K. Pop-Punk act called 'Too Late Lucy' on the Roots Festival - Showcasing western music along side traditional indian music to help children access music better and utilise there talents further. they also ran workshops after each festival date in order to help teach people how and why they wrote the songs they did and about the instruments they played. Genre wise - Ajay comes from a rock background but is extremely adept at converting that to a commercial context and producing some of the most solid hip-hop, r'n'b and pop beats around. Ideally suited to the likes of Ashlee Simpson, Myley Cyrus, Ana Johnson and avril lavigne but would also fit perfectly with an edgey hiphop track such as Travis barkers remix of soulja boys hit = 'Crank Dat' or indeed Diddys' - 'Bad boy for life'. How ever there is a gentler side to Ajays drumming aswell. He can inject alot of soul and feeling as opposed to raw passion into his drumming should it be called for making him a fantastic candidate for live r'n'b bands.
