Clients: • To sanction of credit proposals beyond branch power, if required. • Handling of Customer’s & Clients’ complaints & feedback through team in order to satisfy our valuable clients. • Ensure effective client retention by maintaining desired service levels. • Maintenance of records from Clients’ complaints & feedback for future solvency of the similar kind of queries.
