  Overall Responsibility of Maintenance Department. My role is identify and resolve issue related Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, Utility and control System. Ensure 24 hours without disturb plant perform. Resolving issue related to servo drive & Motor ( Up to 47kw), Induction Motor (up to 15KW), Input /Output board, Variable Frequency Drive(up 4 kw ), air Circuit breaker( Up to 1600Amp) , Transformer, LT panel Wiring, MCCB, ELCB, MCB & so on. Handling and resolving issue of Utility like Diesel Generator( 500KVA Cummins made, 125KVA Ashok Layland made, 63KVA Mahindra Made) Chiller( 10TR & 5TR Shini Made) , Compressor(Kaiser Screw type 120 & 99 cfm and 25cfm piston type), Crane (10ton & 5ton ), RO plant and cooling plant. Make Automation project of Electrical ( just like Auto Start of Motor, Automatic on/off Material and Paint Mixture, Provide additional over heat Safety, Making in house Star Delta Starter and so On.) Resolving issue related Hydraulic circuit ( Pump, Direction Valve, Flow control Valve, Piston type Cylinder, Hydro-motor, Auto and spring loaded Pressure control valve , Check Valve, and Solenoid valve.) Repairing of equipment like motor, blower, pump, Starter, Temperature Controller, Timer, Contacter, Encoder, Heater, Water Temperature controller system & so on.Monitoring the Break Down parentage, MTBF (Mean time between Failure), MTTR (Mean time to repair ), Root cause analysis , DOPM of department and give presentation in monthly review meeting. Document work - Daily Break down Report, Why Why Analysis, preventive Maintenance of machine and utility, Annually and quarterly preventive Maintenance of Machine and utility Maintaining Machine & equipment history cards and monitoring electricity bill & consumption. Attending monthly review meeting in absence of HOD
