A.J.’s current role covers a broad scope of duties and responsibilities. He is in daily contact with our customers who can range from system marketing/communication leadership, IT staff, clinical staff, to support staff. One moment he can be working with a colleague who has very little knowledge about technology to fielding a call from a super user needing more advanced assistance. His communication skills are outstanding. He easily develops rapport with all and given his knowledge and level of expertise is highly regarded and viewed as a go to person on the team.
