  After two years in High School I got an internship at Fagforbundet, which is an organisation that support and fight for employee's right at their workplace. Fagforbundet's English name is "Norwegian Union of Municipal and General Employees". I worked there for two years, finishing my internship with an exam. I worked in four different departments, archive, post, finance and service. I spent most of my time at the service department, since I felt comfortable and enjoyed the tasks in this department. One of my tasks were to take calls from members of the organisastion, and direct people to the right person within the organisation. I liked feeling that I were helping people, and also answering small, easy questions that had to do with insurance (that the members got, being a part of our organisation) or some of their rights as an member of the organisation. But I mostly directed members to their union, if they had problems that needed to be solved. I also had the opportunity to arrange some conferences, being a part of the preperation, execution and the evaluation. After my two years in Fagforbundet, I chose to study marketing at Oslo School of Management.
