  Be Physiology means accessibility: we are mobile-first and able to provide exercise physiology in an environment that works best for people living with a disability or chronic condition. We are also one of the few mobile exercise physiology services in Brisbane with extensive expertise in spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions It's our mission to make exercise physiology more accessible to those who need it most, and more widely prescribed as a method of treatment to people living with a disability or a chronic condition. It's not about making muscles stronger, it's about making life easier through movement and exercise!

  Entering the role as an undergraduate Exercise Scientist, I was afforded the ability to work close-hand with a team of reputable Exercise Physiologists/Scientists in the realm of research-based exercise treatment. Operating as a 'coach', I was responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe but effective exercise environment for men and women with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Throughout my employment, I have also been exposed to the more advanced aspects of the research, including DXA scanning, data control/entry, and client consultations, assessments and reassessments.
