  At Target, I had two roles. My first role was being a member at the Starbucks in our target. It was the same as working at Starbucks normally, just a smaller location.   I currently am I closing runner at honey grow. This means that I am mainly in charge of cleaning all of the dishes that we have in the store throughout the day. I need to make sure that the front of the line has as many cleaned dishes as possible so that they can run as smoothly as possible. I also need to make sure that the back of the restaurant is as cleaned because I am a closer. So I need to have the back of the restaurant as clean as possible so that it is ready for the next day.   This was a summer program where I worked as a Factory worker for six weeks each summer. I started in July of 2015 and finished the first year of the program in August of 2015, but then went back to work for them through the same program the next summer in 2016. At I. Rice & Company, I would be in charge of labeling jars, making boxes, filling up jars and sealing them, and making sure the warehouse was cleaned. This was a summer program where I worked as a Factory worker for six weeks each summer. I started in July of 2015 and finished the first year of the program in August of 2015, but then went back to work for them through the same program the next summer in 2016. At I.
