I met Liga in 4finance where she was successfully handling the position of Group CRM Manager. Liga is extremely positive, organized and supportive person as well as great strategic thinker. Thanks to Liga’s experience, attitude, cooperation and conducted CRM campaigns for Vivus.bg, we managed to boost the sales from existing customers. Next to that we increased the Incremental value and share, keeping at the same time the Generosity rate on a steady level, working very carefully with the discounts. Also, Liga’s fantastic instincts made her an amazing colleague and mentor and I am happy I got the chance to work with her because I learned a lot from her regarding CRM and Retention strategies which nowadays helps me a lot to deliver strong sales results within Telemarketing department. I hope we get to do it again. I would highly recommend Liga to any International company which wants to see its retention and sales growing.
