The Student Experience Office, in collaboration with the Queen's Human Rights and Equity Office, created an updated Inclusive Leadership Training: Leading, Including, Transforming (LIT). In my position, I facilitate a 1.5-hour LIT training exploring basic foundations of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) to students, clubs and faculty interested in equity and anti-oppression work. This training also equips students with leadership strategies and tools to foster inclusive spaces.
