The infrastructure developed will also support JPCL’s plan to have an additional 600-MW unit at the same site.● Jamshoro Project Implementation Consultants (PIC) is lead by Mott MacDonald UK with associated partner MM Pakistan.⮚ Duties and Responsibilities:o Provided support to international procurement lead of Mott MacDonald (UK) on evaluating multi-stage EPC bids, preparing bid evaluation reports (BERs) on ADB procurement guidelines & prepared contract agreements based on ENAA (Engineering Advancement Association of Japan) 2012 templates.o Ensured the implementation of ‘Integrated Management System (IMS)’ for better quality assurance of the project as per Mott MacDonald’s standards.o Provided key inputs in contract management of ‘Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract’.o Prepared project management manuals for EPC contract.o Evaluated contractor’s claim notices for extension of time and additional cost.o Evaluated and processed EPC contractor’s payment applications.
