This will include the management and facilitation of any Access to Work requirements, working alongside Graeae Theatre Company.• Alongside the Rep’s Production team (namely, Head of Production (Rep)) organise and attend production meetings with designers and the production team• Co-ordinate all practical elements of the production including creative/venue/actor contracts, schedules, travel, accommodation, rehearsal, production and performance requirements • Liaise with Dundee Rep marketing department to coordinate photocalls, print press and publicity for the production. • Liaise with touring venues regarding marketing materials, press calls and press tickets• Ensure that the necessary risk assessments are carried out and any insurances are in place• Ensure the project remains ‘on brand’ in relation to contractual obligations with funders• Generate materials to ensure smooth reporting to stakeholders and complete the end of project report, including overseeing the evaluation activities for the project.• Overseeing the trainees attached to the production, specifically line managing the Arts Management trainee
