Aitemad worked in my team while I was leading operation of Fauji Fertilizer plant 2 commissioned in 1992. He was lead project engineer at that time responsible to resolve outstanding engineering issues of the newly commissioned project. I found him an extremely competent ,hardworking and intelligent engineer who would always apply his sound knowledge to suggest innovative engineering solutions. He would always be willing to accept tough challenges and go an extra mile to the targets. He was an outstanding performer of the team who could be trusted for handling complex problems. We benefited a lot from his valuable inputs in developing and implementing quality management system for the plant . He had all the attributes of becoming a good leader. I wish him all the best in his career.

I worked with Aitemad on a significant LNG project in western B.C. Canada. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in the technical aspects of LNG, the processes associated with it and the requirements to design and build the facility. I also found him to be extremely hard working, committed to the project and reliable. I would be pleased to have him on my project anytime in the future.
