I worked on deciphering the role of various molecular derivatives in modulating the immune system of the gut. My work was centred around the TLR-signalling in mouse macrophages and determining how various derivatives could modify the expression levels of downstream molecules of the TLR signalling pathway. Worked on lab techniques like Mammalian cell culture , Gel electrophoresis, Western blotting and X-ray imaging.
