I was lucky enough to work with Aislinn for two years, during much of which she was my direct manager. She is a warm and vibrant presence, and someone who believes fiercely in those she works with. As a result, she creates a supportive and positive work environment, where individuals can continue to grow while they succeed. Aislinn is stellar at interacting with people, whether they are internal colleagues or external customers. Jumping in wherever she could help, advocating for further support when needed, and always quick with a laugh, Aislinn was truly a pleasure to work for. Any organization would be very lucky to have her, and I hope we get work together again in the future.

I was privileged to have Aislinn on my team when I joined DWCC and found it a great pleasure working with her. She is a natural leader with a strong moral compass that will always seek to do the right thing for the customer, her team, and the organisation. I was constantly impressed by her courage and tenacity and I found her to be prepared to make tough decisions in difficult situations with integrity, take on challenges and see them through regardless of the hurdles to be overcome. Another side to Aislinn that comes through in the workplace is that she is a very caring and compassionate person, conscious of the personal needs of her colleagues, and is often the first to spot when someone is struggling and intervene to provide support. To this end, Aislinn is a great asset in any organisation, committed to creating a supportive, inclusive working environment and constantly seeking ways to improve the culture, volunteering her own time for the benefit of others wherever necessary. To sum up, in my honest opinion Aislinn is a very special individual with huge potential and has many qualities that I admire. I would not hesitate to recommend her and consider myself richer for having had the opportunity to get to know her.
