I recently worked with Aisling on a marketing campaign. Internally, we ran into a pretty major hurdle early on in the campaign which could have caused real issues for us. Even though her role in the campaign had technically finished on provision of a data set, Ash saw us (her client) as her own personal responsibility, took control of the situation and ensured that the campaign could continue. It is fantastic to work with a service provider who genuinely cares about the results beyond the delivery of initial services, as opposed to one that washes their hands while cashing your cheque.
