I had the opportunity to work alongside Aishwarya on various business strategies and innovative ideas throughout our Masters in Entrepreneurship program at Queen's University, Smith School of Business. Aishwarya is one of the smartest and highly motivated individuals. She excels at conducting secondary market research to identify market attractiveness and new innovative business opportunites. Her relationship building skills are next to none and her empathetic nature puts customers at ease during interviews for primary market research. This makes her really good at identifying customers untold needs and requirements. This makes her a perfect fit for product roles. She is also extremely organised and well versed with PMI Project Management frameworks. Any organization will be lucky to have her on their team. I will miss all the brainstorming sessions, assignments and startup pitches we have done together. Hope we get to work again in the future. Good luck for all your future endeavors. You are a rockstar.
