I worked as a telemarketing and marketing trainee at Global Technologies and Consultancy Services (GTCS) in Dubai from April till July 2019. I also attended a corporate event where I was stationed at our company stand and was responsible for inviting customers, showing them our corporate presentation, assisting them in filling questionnaires and answering their queries. GTCS provides software solutions such as ERP, CRM, School and College Management, Port Management, Fleet Management Solutions as well as IT Infrastructure Solutions. I was given an overview of different products and solutions and was trained in telemarketing, call handling, presentation and design skills. This experience enhanced my knowledge of various IT Products and Solutions and helped me improve my communication and interpersonal skills, my ability to work under pressure, my analytical and problem-solving skills while also providing me an opportunity to work independently as well as in a team.
