I was involved in a successful project that we generated a valuable need within the company. The project was aimed to find out the grey areas (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Product management etc.) in the customer support domain which in turn affects the whole company. We built a system to measure and analyze the feedback from the customers in order to improve the grey areas and resolve appropriate solutions with the respective department together.
