I had the privilege of knowing Aishvariyaa for the past 5+ years, almost from the beginning of her IT career. I was her lead and manager during this time, and to put it very simply - I have not come across a more meticulous, talented, committed and knowledgeable person. From being a very impressive data integration developer to start off with, she moved on to become a very reliable module/technical lead driving a very large enterprise wide data warehouse integration and Master Data Management (MDM) solution implementation from offshore. This project was very vast, and had multiple layers of technologies -- Informatica, Teradata, Power BI, .NET, Unix and domains -- MDM, DW, Rules engines, Data quality, stewardship and BI. As an offshore lead, not only she had a solid grasp of the requirements, she was the go-to person for almost everything, and she lead by example -- leading a 10+ member team and delivering very successful results. The most amazing thing about her is that she delivers results, no matter how tough the situation, and no matter what technology or tool, and no matter what team she has -- and I believe this is why she will be a huge asset to any organization that she works with. In addition to being a very hands-on person, Aishvariyaa also showed a lot of interest and eagerness to learn management techniques, and she pitches in for areas around training, project estimation, planning, management and coordination. Aishvariyaa is also one of the most humble and down to earth persons I have come across, and this quality helps her build very good rapport with her team as well as with customers. I would really recommend Aishvariyaa for any IT related position or project that requires complex problem solving and has challenging requirements, specifically around data and business intelligence.
