Solerico is a HK registered charity making an impact in the fight against climate change. Projects include the Nepal Clean Irrigation Initiative to fund solar powered irrigation pumps to farmers and the Himalayan Plastic Project to collect, bundle and recycle plastic waste left by hikers in the national parks areas. As Corporate Secretary, I created a governance calendar for the board, established protocols around governance documentation, disclosure and compliance reporting.
