In her support role in Student-Athlete Development, Aisha has quickly emerged as a leader. She has been active in many projects and always goes above and beyond. She has helped us improve our workshops providing insight and adjustments. She has helped our student-athletes improve by proving valuable and insightful feedback on their assignments. In addition, she does a wonderful job working with our student-athletes one-on-one during study hall and/or if someone comes into the office needing extra help. She is extremely reliable and has done a tremendous job. I have supervised many student employees and Aisha stands out in many ways, including her motivation, strong work ethic, and drive to go above and beyond the required standards. Moreover, Aisha has demonstrated a strong initiative to excel and learn as much as possible about the profession.
