I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Mrs. Aisha Baldez. I have had the pleasure of working with Aisha since November 2019 in her role as Student-Athlete Development Department Intern. Aisha has been a tremendous asset to the Student-Athlete Development Department at San Diego State University. Her student-athlete background has helped her relate to the student-athletes and add valuable feedback and prospective on student needs and challenges. Her positive attitude, integrity, strong analytical skills, and tireless commitment to her work makes Aisha special. In her support role in Student-Athlete Development, Aisha has quickly emerged as a leader. She has been active in many projects and always goes above and beyond. She has helped us improve our workshops providing insight and adjustments. She has helped our student-athletes improve by proving valuable and insightful feedback on their assignments. In addition, she does a wonderful job working with our student-athletes one-on-one during study hall and/or if someone comes into the office needing extra help. She is extremely reliable and has done a tremendous job. I have supervised many student employees and Aisha stands out in many ways, including her motivation, strong work ethic, and drive to go above and beyond the required standards. Moreover, Aisha has demonstrated a strong initiative to excel and learn as much as possible about the profession. She is passionate about learning and has done an outstanding job performing and managing her other tasks. Overall, she has demonstrated outstanding personal character, and strong leadership skills. Aisha is such a talented person that I have no doubt that I will hear of her many future successes. We look forward to continuing to have her on staff as long as possible. Mrs. Aisha Baldez has been an outstanding Student-Athlete Development Department Intern and is a pleasure to work with. It is with great pleasure that I write a recommendation for her.
