  Reval Kondiiter is confectionery factory that produces locally cakes, pastries etc, sells these in own cafes and in larger chain stores in Estonia. I was responsible for the flow of information. I communicated with clients via e-mail and phone, receiving their orders and forwarding these to the right people (pastry chef, baker, packer, diver etc). Somehow I communicated with people who speak only Russian, although I couldn’t say I can speak Russian. It was my responsibility to ensure that the goods reach the customers on time, which meant also managing everyday logistics. And if there where some kind of issue, I had to find a solution. I had to solve different types of urgent issues. There were certain tasks I had to complete during the day, but almost every day there was something I could not foresee but had to deal with. I organized and documented the information necessary for my work (made folders and documents). Also created a system to track and order the cargo boxes.
