  As a rail freight coordinator I'm responsible of controlling and altering freight train schedules and making daily planning for the cargo delivery, based on customers orders. I'm monitoring the utilization of the freight trains and exception handling is relevant part of my typical work day. Succesfull execution of effective and economical daily rail freight logistics is 100% teamwork. Therefore I'm continuously co-operating with other freight coordinators, rail yard controllers, locomotive coordinators and long term transportation planners.I find my work challenging but exciting.
