  - Managed and conducted on Export International shipment (Sea Freight) and ensure cargo safely arrived on time schedule. - Ensure that export process is accordance to the company and industry quality assurance standards (ISO, Customs, etc.).- Cooperate with shipper and coleaders to execute bookings, and check vendors / customer are paid timely. - Ensure Custom Form, Invoice, packing list and related document completed, checked and verified before submission to relevant parties. - Communicated with transport providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipment. - Liase with warehouse and international agent to make sure smooth movement. - Liase with carrier on monthly booking and DG application. - Liase with surveyor for CPC arrangement. - Responsible for costing on console for each port in charge including comparing best rate to whom co- load out to maximize the console and profit. - Responsible on solving all issue related with port in charge like damaged cargo. - Responsible to coordinate and update customer from time to time pertaining to the movement of shipment.- Accurate and timely billing of vendors and resolving accounting issues.
