I Set up my own business, Applejacks Café/Juice Bar, a healthy café/ juice bar on a very small budget. Emphasis on healthy eating on the go. Open seven days a week, serving fresh juices, home made healthy food, and we had a children's section serving only healthy food and drinks. I set this business up out of sheer frustration at only being supplied fried, sugary food and drinks whilst on the go. It was an instant hit with the locals!
