Therefore, I have included a personal synthesis/ reflection of myself as a person and an identify web of my life. During my last long term substitute teaching assignment, I brought the identify web assignment into the AVID classroom, giving students a chance to complete their own. Not only were students able to know me better but I was able to better know them, understanding their true wealth of knowledge and lived experiences. Show less
