Madison Seiter
Dr. Carter was one of the most influential professors I had at my time at the University of South Carolina. Every week, she took the time to get to know each one of us in the class in order to give us helpful advice as we were all at different points in determining our career paths. Dr. Carter always had our best interests in mind and made herself available for whatever we needed. After graduating from USC, Dr. Carter remained in contact with me to reassure that she was there for any questions, problems or concerns that I might have had with obtaining a job. She talked me through different opportunities that had been presented to me and guided me with advice that helped me take a big step in my career. I am extremely fortunate to have met such a positive leader and mentor during my time as an undergraduate.

Aimee' and I served together on the USC Career Center's management team. She was always very thoughtful in her approach to leadership and management. Aimee' was intentional in the way that she interacted with her team and helped to bring out the strengths in her employees. She was collaborative with other offices on campus to help propel the Career Center's experiential education program forward. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to witness Aimee's passion for her work and the people that she leads. Our leadership team was fortunate to have someone with Aimee's dedication.
