Her leadership and technical skills in Goals and Performance Management elevated the project through a seamless go-live for the customer. She was collaborative with the other module streams who were implementing in tandem, and had an eye for detail throughout the customer user acceptance testing process. She was able to easily resolve any issues with confidence in a timely manner. Later, as Aimee expanded her reach into global solutions, I was appreciative to be brought in on a project she was Project Managing for a Health and Security Services company. Aimee was quick to allocate the correct resources to the project ensuring a successful launch of their Compensation and Variable Pay modules. I have had the privilege of having Aimee as my manager for the year of 2020 while we are working together in Rizing HCM. Throughout the year, Aimee not only excelled in her role as product knowledge expert, she also grew exponentially as a leader, managing a team of 5 combining both local and remote members. She took effort to understand my goals and challenges faced, constantly provide me with constructive feedback for my current and future role, and encourage me to think with broader perspectives and creativity. She's also my role model on accepting new challenges, as she took up a new role of project manager for a few projects in the year and received excellent feedback from clients. She definitely inspired me to be more acceptive towards new possibilities in work. With most of us being restricted to working from home during the pandemic, Aimee has also played a critical role in keeping the team's morale high. We would have regular 1:1 to share on how each other is doing, and while ensuring we were given enough opportunities in experience growth and self learning, she also helped to make sure we would not be in work fatigue in this new normal.
