Continuing and expanding my work in the TRADE Hub.- I work with project partners across the Hub to understand and visualise planned and achieved impact. - Contribute to and coordinate expert input into a publication focusing on biodiversity indicators and metrics for the Kunming-Montreal post-2020 targets.- Stakeholder mapping for the Roadmap for Sustainable Trade.- Presented my work at a capacity building event with 30 international participants from international government organisations and research institutions. - Working with the communications team to write blogs to create a narrative of change that is accessible. I am involved in the operational project management on a project focusing on improving the sustainability and economic returns of the international wildlife trade. The TRADE Hub is a multi-million pound project which focuses on the international wildlife trade. This project works with over 50 organisations in 15 countries to support sustainable wildlife trade, fair economic returns and have positive impacts on people and nature. Early in the TRADE Hub, impact pathway diagrams were created in order to visualise and ensure the project was achieving its desired impacts and that the partners were working towards a unified vision. The aim is to tell a story of how a development and research project aims to create change. This role involves: - Quickly learning how to use project software including Airtable and Kumu.io- Organising and liaising with partners through self-led meetings to collect, process, analyse and categorise the partners activities, outcomes and impacts. - Create and update the impact pathway diagrams to reflect partner's work and impact for use in presentations and reports- Write impact stories for the annual impact report- Involvement in the operational project management of a multilateral international project Show less
