Branch Manager

Oct 2011 - Jul 2013
As a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Bank (2012-2014), I was a banking management professional with extensive experience developing high net worth client relationships and referral networks. I delivered exceptional results though client management and strategic planning. My expertise was in cultivating and establishing lasting relationships by leveraging core strengths and connections to develop new business and establish lasting relationships, and secure strategic alliances. Managing my team included conducting skill assessments, development feedback, and directing daily operations. I motivated my team by leading by example, leveraging their strengths and fostering their weaknesses. I built revenue by growing deposit/loans concentrating on commercial and small business lending. I also enjoyed building relationships in the community through volunteering, local business outreach programs, and partner activities. Show less
