One employee of every job positions gave a testimony about his/her work, his/her school career to create a vocation in some youngers' mind -creation of a handbook listing all the actions that can be put in place by IKEA to improve their employer's brand such as an event for easter for children, or making an escape game event, etc. Also, it listed all the events that took place around the region for big companies or trade shows. My main responsibility in this project was the supervision of the conference, i.e. managing and coordinating all the persons involved in the project and ensuring that everything went fine for the D-Day
