During our four years of overlap at Zillow, I felt lucky each time I got to work with Aimee. In spite of her C-level status, on numerous occasions she took time to offer me 1:1 feedback and help me improve my own skills, as I worked across our marketing and analytics teams. Aimee is an excellent, empathetic and transparent communicator, and grounds all of her work and ideas in what can best serve customers. We didn’t agree to the approaches on every project, but that’s honestly when I appreciated working with her the most — she communicated her perspective, and at the same time she always welcomed ideas from other teams and stakeholders. That's a unique talent amongst senior executives. Aimee would be an excellent addition to any executive team, especially where she can flex her skills of marketing strategy ideation, as well as her empathy for customers and those she works with.

Over the past few years Aimee and I have worked together closely at Zillow in a couple of capacities. She and I have been members of the Senior Leadership Team and had the opportunity to work through complex issues and strategies at the company-level. Aimee and I also partnered on more tactical projects involving marketing and the business. Regardless of the situation, Aimee was a strong advocate for customers and employees. Her deep care for her team and organization were also obvious from the get go. Her advocacy was always rooted in deep understanding and empathy, but perhaps most importantly, authenticity. Her support and appreciation of front line teams and what an important driver of the business and culture they can be made her a particularly strong partner and collaborator for my organization.
