  I supported new product introduction with Program 3 FCAS by assembling prototype units and designing toolings and fixtures for various product families, such as motors and actuators. Additionally, I designed and validated a custom mount for electrical connections to a CNC auto-impregnation machine using 3D modeling software, leading to reduced touch time for applying varnish to windings by 90% and improved penetration quality.
