  Co-founder of Mexico City based collective So(r)oridad. The goal of this organization was to help people who identify as women to get more involved in the experimental music scene in Mexico. We organized workshops with experienced femme-identifying artists that ranged in topics from learning how to build synthesizers or contact microphones, to learning how to do live coding with sound.   No.Estación.Arte was an arts organization started with the purpose of creating more spaces where sound art and experimental music could be practiced in my hometown in the south of Mexico. By then, these kinds of musical practices were still very unknown, and our aim was to organize concerts and workshops in order to create a broader community and expand our audiences. The organization later included as part of its activities organizing music classes in villages around the city where access to education and especially arts education is scarce. Show less
