  Within this role I was trusted with taking banking from the shop to the bank. It also included ensuring that customers were comfortable and found everything they were looking for. It was a requirement for me to be knowledgeable about all products in order to give the best advice.

  Within this role, I shadowed the Head of HR for a schools academy in Hull. I was required to change details on the pension portal, and write letters to members of staff to explain their contract changes. I also created a spreadsheet in order to contain sickness absences and as a result the academy are now reviewing their sickness absence policy.

  With this role it was imperative for me to provide excellent service the whole night. I had to be organised and aware throughout my shift, in order to keep service running smoothly and made sure that the kitchen was in sync with the front of house.

I held various roles such as working in general office but also in the support department, one specific example would be my employment to reorganise their deeds room. This was a long task, but was very rewarding for me but also the company.
