I am honored to be able to provide a personal and professional endorsement/recommendation for Aileen Warren as a leader, colleague and Human Resources professional. I have had the opportunity to work with and for Aileen for approximately 15 years at First Data. During that time, I have had the opportunity to partner with and observe her providing best in class HR support to large and complex customers, partnering on strategic HR and business initiatives and deliver on large and impactful projects that has and will redefine the way we did business within the company. It is not often that you are able to work with a leader who understands the needs of the business and be able to infuse the latest HR approach to achieve a win-win out come. She earns the respect of others by being able to roll up her sleeves, having hard discussions, making difficult decisions and getting things done. From day one, when we met it was clear that Aileen will not compromise her values and will always do the right thing! Aileen is a trusted leader who is embraced by those that get the opportunity to work with and for her. What impresses me most about Aileen is her drive to challenge and develop those around her. Actions often speak louder than words, and although we have never discussed what she wants her legacy to be. It is clear she wants to have a hand in developing the next wave of leaders and ensure that those upcoming leaders are equipped to lead effectively in a highly change oriented, diverse and fast paced work environment. I would highly recommend Aileen in a role of responsibility that requires strategic vision, ethical and honest leadership and the ability to execute flawlessly.
