  Within Aila's 2 and a half years with Premier Inn she did extensive training becoming advanced level within this role. Aila was able to use their own reservation system extensively and therefore helped train my new colleges with the system. Aila also was in charge of desecration of guests financial and personal data completing further training on how to handle this. Aila's role varied from checking In guests to amending bookings and dealing with complaints and completing feedback for the company in line with their guidelines. Aila also served guests breakfast and dinner taking orders and serving meals. Housekeeping and cleaning was also a vital part of her role as some evenings if a room wasn't made and we were fully booked she would have to clean the room to brand standard and also make sure at the end of her shift everything was ready for the next timetabled shift.
